RETURNS & EXCHANGES


 Returns of Goods will only be accepted if 

The Goods are faulty and you comply with the provisions of this clause; or
 The Goods are new, unused and tagged (Original Condition).

The Goods must not have been worn or altered.

The Goods must NOT have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried.

Any kind of odour or make up marks on the goods will be declined.

Original packaging Box must be returned with exchange Item.

The Goods are to be returned within 10 business days of you receiving them; and we agree in writing to accept return of the Goods.            

    Change of size exchanges

    If you have ordered Goods that are 'Non-Custom Made' clothing goods that you would like to exchange for a different size, please let us know by emailing us details of your order and the size you would like instead, at help@laprelli.com

     
    Change of size exchanges will be dealt with as follows:
     

    We will do our best to exchange the clothing for the new size you’ve requested and, if we are unable to do so, we will provide you with a store credit.

    Store credit provided by La Prelli can only be exchanged for items that La Prelli has in stock. Whether an item is in stock will be specified on the Website’s page for that item.

    Custom Goods, including any Goods that are Pre-Order, are not exchangeable.

    We do not refund/exchange Any Goods that were ‘on sale’ as at the date of purchase. 

    You must pay all delivery costs in relation to a change of size exchange.

    We DO NOT refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items) Items we exchange for you will be re sent back at your cost.
     
    We do not accept change of mind returns.

     

    Faulty products

    If an item is received faulty please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item.

    If you believe your Goods are faulty, please contact us using the details provided on our website with a full description of the fault (including images if possible).

     

    If we determine that your Goods may be faulty, we will request that you send the relevant Good(s) back to us at your cost for further inspection, including any accessories or documentation shipped with the Good. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a Good faulty.


    If we determine in our reasonable opinion that the Good is not faulty, or is faulty due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, we will refuse your return and send the Good back to you at your own cost.


    If we determine that the Good is faulty, you will be credited the full amount paid (including shipping costs) and you may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment unless you request otherwise and we approve this request.


    If you fail to comply with the provisions of this clause in respect of defective Goods, we may, in our discretion, issue only a partial refund or no refund in respect of such defective Goods, provided that nothing in this clause is intended to limit the operation of any manufacturers’ warranties which you may be entitled to or any of your rights which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
